Seth Dawson, manager and spokesman for the NO BRAKES Racing Team announced that they will again ride Morewood Bikes for 2006. The NO BRAKES Racing Team is made up of approximately 20 riders who compete at all levels in several disciplines, mostly gravity type sports such as downhill and 4 cross. Last year the team won three NMBS Championships, three National Championships and had over 180 top 5 podium finishs. They ride in most national and western regional events across America.
The decision to ride Morewood bikes again for 2006 was based on our performance for 2005 and our love for the bikes. The Shova ST is the bike of choice for Super D and less technical DH courses and the Izumu continues to reign on the more technical DH courses. Seth reports that his riders are still convinced they are the best ride around. The single pivot frame provides simplicity, low maintenance, low weight and hi torsional rigidity. The bike floats through the rough stuff and seems to slingshot out of the turns. The quality of the material, CNC details, and welding on these frames are superb. NO BRAKES RACING is proud to represent Morewood at the races, on the podium and out on the trails.
