Patrick decides to drag it all back to the drawing board, with the aim of building bikes that are even more cost-effective while still maintaining quality and performance.

Along with a completely new DH bike Morewood adds a Hardtail jump frame and shorter travel Freeride bike to the line up.

The team races the new DH bike for the entire season to test the new construction techniques and iron out any problems.

Team riders Gary Barnard and Geritt Beytagh finish 1st and 2nd overall respectively in the National Championship. Geritt also takes away the African Continental Championship.
